Tip: in the print dialog, choose “Actual size” and turn on background graphics. Test-scan one sign before posting them all.

Suggested placement

Post a poster at eye level on the entry and exit doors, cards at the front desk and on locker-room mirrors, and posters near the weight floor and cardio area where members pause between sets. Keep signs out of washroom stalls and change areas.
