SF
Stacey Farber, CPT
Director of Corporate Development and Personal Training
Stacey is a CanFitPro Certified Personal Trainer whose relationship with fitness started in her teens and never let go, evolving from a passion for heavy lifting into a deep curiosity about how the body adapts to training and food, and rebuilds after being pushed to its limits.
She has tested that firsthand, coming back from a torn Achilles and a full hamstring avulsion and using emerging recovery tools to manage chronic inflammation. That blend of lived experience and relentless self-experimentation defines her coaching, which sits at the intersection of strength training, body recomposition and supporting clients navigating their journey on GLP-1 protocols.
MK
Michael Kalchman, PhD
Scientific Director
Michael is a PhD scientist, whose academic research began in diseases of the brain, but his work today is shaped as much by lived experience as by the lab. A few years ago he was sedentary; today he trains for and races Half Ironman events, and he uses Mounjaro to manage his diabetes along the way.
That transformation reshaped how he thinks about health: the body is remarkably adaptable, and lasting change comes from working with our biology rather than against it. He writes and speaks on the intersection of GLP-1 therapies, fitness and training, translating complex science into clear, evidence-based guidance, with a particular focus on women's metabolic health. His goal is simple: cut through the noise and help people make informed, biologically grounded decisions about their health.
